Ocean chats

I had a glorious sleep-in today and then spent most of the afternoon working on our Dolce and Gabbana case study project for social media marketing class. Dolce & Gabbana really messed up with an insensitive commercial for their “Great Show” which was set to be held in Shanghai but was cancelled following the outrage. This was a terrible move because China is a HUGE market and the Chinese are proud of their rich culture, so not taking the time to research and test their audience sabotaged their brand. Sabrina came over to hangout in the afternoon and we went out for a walk to the grocery store and to sit by the water for sunset. The waves were massive and very relaxing to watch and listen to. We had a nice group chat about our lives and history in sports. Both Kristina and Sabrina played university field hockey. I am so glad I grew up being highly involved in athletics, it really influenced my personality... hopefully for the better haha!
