The Goose Egg
Today was a lovely sunny day in Antibes. We had class early this morning so we were home by noon to enjoy the sunshine. Sabrina came over to hangout before we went for a run. We were all really overtired so basically everything was hilarious to us, we were dancing around he house to 2000s hits and just being silly all around. I ran upstairs to grab socks and thanks to the low hanging door frame to get to my room I SMACKED my head on the beam. OH MAN THAT HURT. I have not head my head that hard since I was a careless kid. In seconds the goose egg started to form and I got an ice pack to slow the swelling.
There is a ledge you have to step over, but I ran and leaped over. The Mario pic above perfect describes what I did… Full speed baby!
Once I recovered a bit we went for a run along the water. It was so windy and there was a ton of sail boats out on the water as well as kite surfers. It made me want to take up the sport they looked like they were having so much fun out there.
