Rouladin
INGREDIENTS:
Pan Steaks (bottom round thin cut)
4 Dill Pickles (depends on how many steaks you will roll, most packs come with 4)
Yellow Mustard
1 Onion
Garlic clove (optional)
Smoked Meat (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Pickle & onion chopped fine, lay meat flat, slather with mustard, lay smoked meat (thin pastrami or similar), spoon onion and pickle, roll up and tie with string or use skewer.
Brown roulade on medium high all sides, don’t over crowd pan, then put some beef broth in pan and simmer covered, longer the better, take out rolls and add a thickener (gluten free flour) and then add rolls back.
