Danish Cucumber Salad

• Cucumbers - sliced as THIN as humanly possible, best bet is to use a mandolin

• 50% white vinegar, 50% water

• Dissolve sugar into the mixture until its saturated (you start to see sugar grains)

• Add some black pepper corns / cracked black pepper - just a touch

• Let the cucumber sit in the mixture to soak it up then serve!
