Roast Beef

QUICK STATS:

  • OVEN: 350 degrees F

  • THERMOMETER TEMP: 145 F

  • 30 mins/ Lbs

Typically I make roast beef for sandwich meat so I want it to be more pink and cook it for less time. I usually get a 2 Lb roast (small) and cook it for 45 mins (which is less time than the standard.)

STEPS:

  • Preheat the over to 350

  • Brown the roast in a pan with butter

  • Coat it in Mustard and put it on a baking sheet

  • Cook it for 45 mins and check that the internal temp hits 145 F

  • Take it out and cover with tinfoil, let it rest for 15 mins (it will keep cooking internally)

  • Slice it up! DONE!
